Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned merchandise is inspected. Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item is defective

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other governmental charges required by the destination country.
Kingdom Forward does not control and is not responsible for customs processing times or import restrictions imposed by foreign governments.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items comply with local import regulations in their country. Orders refused or returned due to customs restrictions may not be eligible for a refund of shipping charges.
